More Than 100 Volunteers Needed September 25-28

Volunteers are needed for the Mid-South Book Festival!  Volunteers are needed for:

  • Set Up
  • Break Down
  • Information Booth/Volunteer Check-In
  • Kids’ Area
  • Room Leaders
  • Presentation Room Assistants
  • Van Drivers
  • Greeters
  • Author Liaisons

Volunteer opportunities are broken into early morning, morning, and afternoon shifts.  To volunteer, please send an email to Carley Cianciolo Kirby here with the following:

  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Available volunteer times (estimated)

Must be 21 to volunteer.  Volunteers must be able to stand on their feet for three or more hours and be able to lift twenty pounds. Some volunteer positions are restricted to current volunteers only.
