Working with our Guest’s over the phone, on-line and via e-mail to help resolvetheir questions and or concerns regarding a purchase from our web-site, brick and mortar stores, and theme parks. This includes but is not limited to, resolving issues related to damaged goods, returns & exchanges, shipment tracking, and order assistance.
· 1 year of customer service experience.
· Knowledge of internet applications, on-line shopping, Disney products and company affiliations, adaptability, pleasant voice, outstanding grammar,and good computer skills.
· “Magical” attitude and a commitment to superior Guest Service and Quality.
· Knowledge of AS400, Bilingual, and previous Call Center experience a plus but not required.
Paid training starts at $9.00/hour
Second shift is currently available, 1:30pm-10:00pm weekdays and Sundays, 12:00pm-8:30pm. Shift may vary and depending on call volume, season, etc.
Average amount of hours are from 30-40/week.
